Molly formed the CTIA as an association in 2007, as a qualified lecturer and assessor having worked in mainstream and private colleges prior to opening up her own academy. CTIA offer training to the suitably qualified practicioners, and were one of the very first companies to train injectables aesthetics within the UK. Molly was our sectors representative at the Royal College of Dermatologists in London to form the standards for the CPSA. We attend meetings as part of the stakeholder group with the JCCP. Our academy has passed rigorous audits against CPSA guidelines.
As a experienced and qualified lecturer, Molly believes that no matter what background you are from, or what qualifications you have, if you have a passion to learn you will succeed.
